I spent 20 years as a wine waiter in first class restaurants in France and around the world.
I have now created a company to pass on my passion for wines.
The company ‘Le vin/20’ organises wine tasting during an informative evening, for companies and for individuals in their own homes. (at a location of your choice)
During the evening you will not only taste fabulous wines whilst improving your tasting techniques and increase your knowledge in all areas of wine production from planting the vine to bottling the product. As your knowledge increases we organise blind folded tastings and quizes with prizes.
The evenings are complemented by cheeses, meat, foie gras, smoked salmon, chocolates.
Examples of the evenings:
- Wine tasting – 6 wines accompanied with cheese
- Taste a variety of wines that accompany chocolate
- An evening of champagne and foie gras
- Taste a range of local and vintage wine accompanied by foie gras
- Association of various food with a range of wine.
